Nice looking early 20th century antique liquid measurement instrument,glass hydrometer & a wood/glass thermometer, these are in original wood box with fabric lined interior, have original nameplate âeoeSikes Hydrometersâe on lid. These were used to measure density or gravity of liquids âe" glass tubes with mercury in the large ball section, they feature a temperature reading scale also on the shaft section. Marked on lid, these instruments were made by T.O.Blake of London, circa 1921. Each piece is about 10âe long, the box is 10 1/2âe x 2" x 2 3⁄4âe.
