EVA LE GALLIENNE and JOSEPH SCHILDKRAUT repeated their starring performances in Ferenc Molnar's LILIOM on tour for the Theatre Guild in 1922. The play had a run of 65 performances at Broadway's Garrick Theatre in 1921, and this 1922 playbill is from the Show's stand at the Garrick in Chicago. Years later, the material served as the source material for the Rodgers & Hammerstein musical "Carousel". With Hortense Alden, Maude Odell, Anne Elstner, Catherine Gillespie, Margaret Mosier, Elsie Dover, John Crump, Carleton Rivers, Walter Geer, Myrtland Lavarre, Lilian Kingsbury, Egon Brecher, Harold De Becker, William Franklin, Marlyn Brown, Philip Wood, William Franklin, and Gerald Stopp. Directed by Frank Reicher. In this playbill, the playwright is referred to as "Franz" Molnar. Program is in good condition. It was once folded vertically.
