This is a vintage bronze medallion for the British Empire Exhibition that took place at Wembley Stadium 1924-1925. The medallion(28mm diameter) shows a helmeted classical bust on the front.The head is surrounded by the caption 'Commerce and Industry'.A ship unloading it's cargo is depicted on the reverse.The medal designer's initials 'McM' is present on both sides. The medallion is in a good collectable condition.All details are clear and present.The medal grade is a Very Fine(VF). Good item for the medallion collector and equally as good for the exhibition enthusiast.
