Puzzle itself is in very good vintage condition, complete. No picture came with it and it was difficult to do. Some of the pieces are shaped like animals, afew examples of which you can see in the photos. Puzzles like this were expensive and were often rented from 'libraries'. This one was, and has the card. I can find nothing about Lake Puzzles. The box has two punctures in the top. Box measures 5 1/2" by 8 1/2" by 5". I have two more puzzles by the same company I shall list, but, considering they have 600 and 800 pieces, it may be in a while.
