(See the last paragraph.)SHIPPING: My listings ship USPS First Class within the US. I just hate it when I buy a coin for $4 or so and pay $2 shipping only to receive it in a letter size envelope with a 44 cent stamp. I don't do this but what I do is charge you $.48 for low value coins up to quarters. I will combine shipping whenever possible but please request it before paying so I can adjust the invoice. When you pay the shipping, you will never pay more than the actual cost to ship the item. $1.75 to $1.95 for 1 to 4 ounces with delivery confirmation for high value coins, larger heavier coins such as halves, dollars and slabbed coins or multiple coins. I may add insurance to high priced items.The shipping address I use on all shipments of coins is the USPS standardized version of the address you provide on your Paypal account. So be sure it is accurate. I have owned for over 20 years a mail order business that ships over 3,000 packages per year using USPS first class and priority mail with delivery confirmation. There is little difference in lost mail between regular $.44 stamped addressed envelopes with the standardized USPS address and those shipped with delivery confirmation. If the USPS is going to loose something, they are just going to loose it. I have no control over what happens to a package after it is mailed. All packages are properly addressed and posted. Most are simply delayed rather than lost. A typical loss rate is perhaps one in 300 or more. Depending on the value of the coin, I will reimburse you for all or part of it's value. Don't worry, whatever happens, we'll work something out.I've been a world coin collector for over 50 years and as a result have become pretty good at grading. I will disclose any known defects that are not apparent on the photos that can affect the grade and will sometimes explain what feature(s) determine it. Even so, if after you receive the coin, you disagree with the grading or wish to return it, just send me an email and I will do whatever I have to to keep you happy. Other than very large lots, all my coins sell with a seven day return guarantee.Most coin sellers shy away from stating the grade of a coin to avoid disagreements. I prefer to give the buyer some idea of my opinion of the grade but please refer to the photos. Always keep in mind, it's just my opinion and I know things can get touchy especially when grading uncirculated coins. There are also numerous grading standards. I use the ANA standards.If you want a REALLY good look at a coin, I can send you a JPEG image of the coin which you may enlarge and scrutinize to the limits of your imaging software.
