This is a solid, sturdy piece for the collector with spare parts and the ability to restore. We have been told that this is a 26 Keystone Packard. However there are no markings on it to confirm. Both front wheels are missing and there should be hand rails on the back for ease of entering and exiting the wagon. Front wheel base does move. There is a slight dent in the top of the wagon and also a dent in one of the "lattices". But neither is something that couldn't be gently pounded out. The stop sign on the drivers side does move, the steering wheel moves the front wheels (if it had them), The back wheels roll. There is very little paint still left on this truck. Maybe a bit (black) inside the wagon and also very little on the bottom. I hope that I have included enough pics and I have described it the best way I know how
