I have up for auction a record (78) on the dark purple and gold PERFECT label from the later 1920s ('27); reddish brown surface. It is #14923 and on one side is Sam Lanin and His Orchestra and selection is "Somebody Lied About Me"-Fox Trot with vocal chorus by Jason Hawkes. Other side by Deep River Orchestra and selection is "My Ohio Home"-Fox Trot with vocal again by Jason Hawkes. The record is in excellent condition, hardly any wear and scuffs and scratches are few, light and almost all surface variety, none deep. Surfaces still shiny and clean.
