Original WWII M-1928 US Army haversack/backpack dated 1942 Varied Mfg. 1918 canteen, t-handle shovel, 1944 mess kit with fork, spoon, and knife, all straps and suspenders attached, reproduction M-1 cartridge belt. A nice set up for reenacting or display. Canteen is dated 1918 with a 1945 cup, t-handle shove is stamped US on the handle and the metal (some rust that needs to be cleaned up. Looks like a mend up in the mess kit area of the canvas…only shows when viewed from the bottom. Good shape for an original haversack and items. Note that the bayonet is NOT included in the auction. It is for a British Enfield…If interested let me know.
