On the inside is a hand written label in ink: Made by Carey E. Smith in the year 1930. London , Ohio . No.12. Looking at the back at the very bottom, are two older 1 1/4" repaired splits. One is up the middle, and the other is 1" to the left-of-middle. At the A tuner hole on the pegbox, is an older repaired hairline going upwards toward the scroll, with a cleat on the other side. T are minor surface dings, scratches, and some finish wear, but no real major issues. All-in-all, a solid and good working instrument. Comes with a no-name bow, plus the old hardshell case that it was found in. It's beat and could stand to be replaced, but will suffice for shipping purposes. $45.00 S&H fully insured in the continental U.S. If this turns out to be an overcharge, I'll refund the difference.
