This is a cute lot of three vintage 1930s to 1940s New Orleans souvenirs in the form of two MADE IN JAPAN all bisque dolls with original clothes and a wood and metal painted Mammy bell with original clothes. All three of these souvenir items are in very good to near excellent condition. These cuties are being listed on Mardi Gras, in honor of this great tradition from New Orleans, Lousianna. The first doll is a real winner. He is 4" tall, all bisque and marked on the back: MADE IN JAPAN. He has a very dark chocolate color with two out of three inserted braided tufts of hair in tact with their original yellow bows. This cutie pie has large painted white irises with large black pupils for eyes, and a tiny dab of red on tiny lips. He has a great molded face with very chubby cheeks a molded top knot on his head and a cute little pug nose. He is jointed at the shoulders and legs. His arms have bent elbows and t are tiny molded fingers in a fist. He wears an original bright red full gatd skirt with New Orleans embroidered on it in black. T are also yellow chain embroidery stitches near the hemline. He wears his original flannel diaper underneath with original brass tiny safety pin. This doll has 100% paint in tact with no paint rubs off the face, one tuft of hair is cut and t is some light scratches on the back of the head. This doll
