Snappy Auctions Payment - Shipping - Returns - About Us 1930s/40s Military Academy Sword Sabre w/Scabbard You're bidding on a Vintage Sabre and Scabbard from the late 1930s or early 1940s. This sabre belonged to the owner's husband, who was a Cadet Colonel at the Georgia Military Academy. The scabbard has some pitting, but the sabre is in good vintage condition with a considerable amount of scrollwork on the blade. It's designed to be worn on a Sam Browne belt and is marked "Trade Spartan Mark. N.S. Meyer Inc. New York." The sabre is 37 1/2" long and the scabbard is 33" long.
