Here we start with a antique/vintage & very nice looking Kadette tube wood AM SW radio in working condition. The model number on this Kadette is 86 & I believe it was produced around the 1936 era. The wood cabinet I believe to be in it's original condition which is very nice. It has been polished & looks great. The cabinet is tight & solid & still retains it's nice soft luster or shine. The grain in the wood is fantastic looking & the wood front bars add a nice look & are in very nice looking condition. The rounded front sides add a nice touch to the style & with a step down top & the beveled wrap around molding on the bottom edge is very nice & just adds to the beauty of the cabinet. There are couple of small nicks & a couple of scratches that I believe these should show these small flaws in a couple of pictures. This cabinet is in remarkably good condition for being a 70+ year old radio. The plastic dial scale lens in is great condition with no scratches or cracks & it is clean & clear. The dial scale & pointer are in great looking & working condition including a new bright working dial light. The speaker grille cloth I think might be original or possibly a very nice reproduction either way it is in great looking condition.
