The card has numbers with hearts, spades, diamonds and clubs around the edge. From there, there are fortunes. The instructions inside the lid says that "The MARJA Fortune Teller uses a chart to represent a deck of 52 cards. Instead of shuffling cards, spin the indicator. Your fortune is told by spinning the indicator and reading the answers when the indicator stops spinning. A complete fortune is told in eighteen spins." Box and spinner have minor wear. Vintage and a nice addition to your Halloween gmae collection.
