You are considering a C.1930's United States Rubber Co. US Royal Master Tire Ashtray. This harder to find version has blue cobalt swirl milk glass rather than clear glass inside the middle of the small rubber tire. The tire is in good condition. All wording is bold and legible. The milk glass insert is also in good condition and is free of chips/cracks. Please see the pics and judge for yourself. The tire measures 6" in diameter and the ashtray is 3 11/16".
