We are charged$1.69 by Ebay to ship items up to 3 ounces. While coin weights vary by denomination, this 3 ounces will typically cover approximately 20 small cents (Indian Heads, Lincolns), 5 large cents, or two silver dollars. Use these denominations as your guide for others, such as dimes. For example, dimes are smaller than small cents, so we can ship even more of those before reaching the 3 ounce threshold. We make every effort to keep your shipping costs as low as possible, including absorbing the packaging costs, and only pass on the actual shipping charges to you. 2) WE COMBINE SHIPPING. If you intend on bidding on multiple items over multiple days, that’s great, but please send us a message letting us know when you’re finished, OR ignore the daily invoices we send you until you’re ready to pay, to ensure that all items bid on and won are combined into one shipping charge. Our sales cycle ends each week on Monday, so if you are intending on bidding over multiple days, please ensure that your payment is sent to us a day or two after Monday, for all items bid on for that previous week. When in doubt, please send us a message, we’re more than happy to work with you. 3) PLEASE REMIT PAYMENT WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS OF THE AUCTION CLOSING. Out of respect for us and the bills we have to pay from our coin sales, please remit payment for items won within five (5) days of the auction's close date. If payment has not been sent within five (5) days, an unpaid item notice will be opened with EBAY. We make every effort to ship coins the very next day after payment has been received, so please return the favor by paying as quickly as is reasonable for you. 4) WE CANNOT COMBINE SHIPPING IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES. This applies particularly when items are won that require expedited and media mail shipping. While empty albums can be shipped via media mails, coins CANNOT. As indicated above, we will make every effort to keep you shipping costs as low as possible in every situation, and will give you options for shipping, where applicable. 5) PRIORITY MAIL CONSIDERATIONS. Because coin sets in albums are usually over the weight limit for first class packages, they are most commonly sent via Priority Flat Rate Envelope. If you would like insurance or any alternate mailing service, please message us for options. 6) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. If you live outside of the United States, please contact us before bidding, so we can determine your shipping charges before you win anything. The last thing we want is for our international bidders to be surprised after the fact by the typically high cost of shipping overseas. 7) INVOICES. Due to environmental concerns and an effort to keep costs low, we do not print invoices with your shipment unless requested. 8) ALL OTHER QUESTIONS. Questions about a specific auction item?
