If you want a truly high resolution set of the forbidden fruit of small size U.S. currency, this is it. The 1934 Gold Certificates were never issued into general circulation, and the few pieces that remain are held by government institutions or Federal Reserve Banks. These copies were made from actual notes, reproduced on high quality 24 pound 100% cotton paper, and are enlarged to 8 1/2" by 3 5/8" to conform to legal requirements regarding the reproduction of currency images. Moreover, each image is printed on one side, with the blank side emblazoned with the word C O P Y . Other sellers offer similar yet low resolution sets. They make copies of copies, and sometimes tweak images found online and offer them as unique notes. My images were produced from high resolution scans of the actual notes. Some other sellers have actually made their copies from images purchased from me. Why settle for 2nd or 3rd generation prints?
