Title: Parts Price List, Lycoming Marine Engines, Model UE. Publisher: Lycoming Manufacturing Co., Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Publication Date: 1934 Format: cardstock cover with 3-hole metal prong binding. Length: 22 pages Size: 9 1/4" by 6 3/4" Description: Lycoming Manufacturing Company had its origins in the Demorest Fashion and Sewing-Machine Company which around 1883 opened a factory in Williamsport, Pennsylvania where they produced sewing machines, bicycles, and typewriters into the early 1900s. In 1907 the company was sold and restructured as the Lycoming Foundry and Machine Company and production was shifted to manufacturing automobile engines. In 1927 the company was purchased by Errett L. Cord, who added it to his Cord Corporation. Cord expanded the business to include designing and building marine racing engines, industrial motors, and aviation motors. Condition: Good. The binding is tight and sound. Light discoloration and light bumping/creasing of the cover. The interior is generally very clean, however there is a stain on the last page and inside back cover (please see photo).
