RARE 1935/37 Marklin No.416.1 Grosstadt Bahnhof Railroad Station ca10 Please read the entire description. All items will be well packaged. We do not sell our auction items with Buy It Now option so please do not ask. Rates are for lower 48 states only. Send zip code for quote to Alaska or Hawaii. Original Marklin No. 416.1 Grosstadt Bahnhof station issued from 1935 to 1937. Includes a No. 213 civilian flag. This flag may be a reproduction, I do not know. In any case the station is not a repro. It measures 4-3/8 by 10-3/4 inches by 5 inches to the rooftop-not including the flag. The civilian flag is 4 inches tall. It is currently held in place by tape. The station has a removable roof. The station is tin plate. The front and back plastic windows are both intact and in place. There is some minor paint loss as shown. No major problems. This building would be easy to wire for lights as it was designed for that purpose. Marked "Marklin-Made in Germany". This station is quite rare. I found several examples on an internet search that sold in the past for $1,000 or more. The stations I found were in a lesser condition than this one.
