This 8-LP set is J.S. Bach's Brandenburg Concertos by Adolf Busch and the Busch Chamber Players. This is Columbia Records, Columbia Masterworks M 249. The 8 records are in absolutely superb mint condition; they all look as good as the one photographed for this listing. In fact, they look never or rarely played and the labels are spotless without any markings. The album cover shows some wear of being over 70 years old (the last photo shows some side wear), and the inside cover has the original owner's initials in red pen on the sleeve of the first 78. The only mention of this online that I could find is at the description in this article: /classics2/brandenburg.html. I believe these to be 78 RPMs based on the article and the date. There is no indication anywhere of record speed. I've inflated the price a bit to reflect the fact that eBay will only allow $4 for shipping for this category, but this will need to be carefully packaged and sent priority to preserve its integrity. This is old-style vinyl which is stiff and will need substantial padding. A true collectible!
