If an invasion were to occur and the enemies procured a large amount of these bills, they would devalue them to prevent a large loss.These bills are fairly hard to find in such great shape. This example is in brilliant uncirculated condition with no flaws . In fact its probably as crisp as the day it was printed. All the colors and overprints are vibrant and show great detail.
