NEW LIMITED RELEASE!!! 1936 WHITE MOTORS OPEN TOP TOUR BUS GETTYSBURG NATIONAL PARK (BATTLEFIELD) LIMITED PRODUCTION OF 912 BUSES OPT BUS CO 1:48 SCALE '0' RAILROAD SCALE In 1960, after the White Model 706 tour buses had worked in Yellowstone National Park for 25 years, The National Park Service sold the fleet off a an auction held in Billings, Montana. Some of the 98 buses were bought by farmers who chopped the bodies off and used the chassis to haul hay. Many were purchased by private collectors and a few ended up in museums. Two of the old Yellowstone Buses continue to give tours of the Battlefield in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
