Brown, City Attorney Concord, North Carolina: the city, 1937; with 23 pages (including index) + 3 panel folding map which measures approximately 10 1/2 inches tall by 6 inches wide (in other words, it is NOT a huge map). Finished size of pamphlet is 6" tall by 3 1/2 inches wide. Concord is in Cabarrus County North Carolina. Map was prepared by city engineer Walter L. Furr. Detailed zoning ordinance for residential, business & industrial sections - with SEPARATE SECTIONS FOR THE "Colored" or Negro folks (see scan).
