1940's COLIBRI Watch Lighter! *By or for SANDOZ Pharmaceutical Switzerland* EXC!Please check my sellers list for more great vintage lighters.View My Other Items For SaleThis vintage late 1940's combination watch & lighter was made by Colibri in Switzerland. In my opinion, these are the finest quality watchlighters from that era. What makes this one very special is that gifted by or manufactured for the Sandoz Pharmaceutical Company of Switzerland whose chemist, Dr. Albert Hoffman, was the father of LSD! This very high quality watch lighter, that is surely the best of any vintage lighters I've found with the Sandoz logo. The fully automatic, flint/fluid Colibri mechanism is in perfect working condition. These Colibri's are a great design & very well made. Every piece is manufactured to a very high standard. Overall condition is excellent, showing very little wear & appearing to have hardly been used. It measures approximately 2" or 51mm tall.Paypal is the required payment method at listing end.
