Offered for your consideration in this listing is a vintage 14K yellow gold (with a white gold top) wedding ring c. 1950's in the " Illusion" style mounting ~~ named for the way it makes diamonds look larger. Very popular after WW11 when money was tight and sentiment was high for better days and the chance to put the war behind and marry to have a family.....was this era of wedding jewelry. The jewelers of the day filled the high demand with these beautiful rings and they are enjoying a rise in popularity again today as young couples choose the vintage jewelry. There are 15 tiny diamonds ~ approximately .20 ctw ~ set across the top of this ring and they still sparkle. The interior mark is "14K" with trade name "Princess" ~ American made, I'm certain. North to south it measures 3/8" wide and is just over 5/8" across the finger. It is light weight at just 3.7 grams ~~ ring size 6¼, solid 14K gold ~~ easily sized by your jeweler. The challenge today is finding these rings still in such good condition as this one is --don't miss out. It's "pre-owned" of course...now professionally cleaned and ready to wear. We encourage email with any questions as I'm quite easy to talk to with and usually close by.
