A gigantic 3-1/4" tall hinged bypass cuff probably made prior to 1948 signed " J. Sotelo Taxco Mex" in a circle and "925" inside the circle and "STERLING." This incredibly wonderful bracelet seems to have the images of cacti on it, but we cannot be certain of what the design is. Due to the age, I would not flex for adjustment and strain the hinges which are original. The hinge mechanism is working, but it is definitely rusting. The cuff weighs 61.0 grams or 39.2 dwt or 1.94 troy ounces. It's very large and incredibly beautiful. At the hinges it's 1" wide and tapers to 1.5 " wide then back to 1" wide on each side. There is one damaged edge that needs repair. A competent jeweler could repair this with a simple solder. Please see the pictures prior to bidding.
