Extremely rare, this striking 950 sterling silver bracelet was made during the 2nd World War in Occupied Japan by the famous Toyokoki Jewelry Company. The bracelet has folded chevron shaped links with a discreet pinch style button clasp. The49.5 gram bracelet is hallmarked CPO, Silver 950 and Toyokoki. 7-1/2 inches interior circumference when clasped, and 1" wide.This is in very good pre-owned condition, some handling scuffs, no damages. Very few pieces of Toyokoki jewelry can be found in today's market. Silver was used very sparingly in Japan during the occupation, and it was not meant for export. The CPO hallmark denotes that the piece was sold on a military base in Japan during the occupation. 950 (95% purity) silver was used by the Toyokoki company.
