Hello, This is an EXTRAORDINARY vintage carved and pierced black bakelite clamper bracelet- in the years that I have been collecting and selling, this is the most beautiful clamper that I have ever had- the carving is deep and dimensional, three big black chunky flowers with leaves carved all around them, this bracelet is also pierced through in three areas. the back of the bracelet is plain. Front of bracelet is just under 1 and 1/4 inches wide, Internal opening is 1 and 3/4 inches by 2 and 3/8ths inches. Best for a small or medium wrist. The 3rd photo shows that t is a 1/16th of an inch amount of play in the tightness of the hinge,the bracelet does close completely, but on the wrist, it does have this small space. This in no way affects the wearability of this bracelet, it is totally secure on the wrist. The two sides match up perfectly. The carving on this piece is flawless and spectacular, this bracelet was very well taken care of . The hinge does have discoloration or wear consistant with age, but is in very good condition. I cannot express what a special and rare piece this is. This is guaranteed, tested vintage american bakelite, and will be a wonderful treasure for someone.
