This artist is one of the finest cityscape painters in his time and has numerous Paris Cityscape in all sizes that were sold in Europe at the end of W.W. II. In the internet today very little is known or available about the artworks he painted mainly because of the Era and climate during the war years. In Europe he was known especially by museum curators, who point to his cityscapes that led to the famous Paris Cityscape painters who followed W. Judy. It is amazing that such an artist would simply fall off the Radar, but because of the low key personality he demonstrated in his lifetime it wasn't important to Judy.
