*RARE*1940's Antique WW2 U.S. Army Air Force Military Equipment Trunk / Transport Box Made by Beals & Selkirk Trunk Co.For your consideration is a rare authentic antique 1940's WW2 U.S. Air force Military Equipment Shipping Trunk made by Beals & Selkirk Trunk Company. It is in very good condition considering its age. I believe this case was used by squadrons for storing and shipping records and equipment. This trunk is made of metal and is surprisingly without any rust or dents. The color is an army green with several bands of teal stripes on the exterior. The interior looks nice and clean. The exterior has some minor color wear in spots due to age and some marks and scratches. There are no hinges inside this trunk. It has a removable lift off top and heavy duty carrying handles on each side. The measurement of this trunk are 34 ¾" Wide, 18 ½" Deep and 15" Tall. It is very heavy weighing slightly over 30 lb.s.
