Rare - M-1942 Military Aladdin, Coleman type, one burner stove dated - 1943 This Aladdin M-1942 stove has the large fuel control wheel under the stove crate that controls the fuel.The Aladdin M-1942 stove is dated 1943. I believe this is the first year this model stove was issued to our military. The Aladdin M-1942 comes with the metal tin plated Coleman stove canister. The bottom of the stove canister is imprinted U.S.C.M. MFG Co. - 1942 or couldbe 1943 as the last number is worn, but it appears to be 1942. Both the M-1942 stove and Coleman stove canister are in good to very good condition to be 68 years old. The stoves directions is metal and the print is worn from what mayhave been fuel over-spill, then wiped off the label? This is a great one burner military stove for your collection!
