1943 New York Yankees Team Signed Baseball. The World War Two draft completely reconfigured the pecking orders of Major League Baseball, allowing the lowly St. Louis Browns to win the American League pennant in 1944, but the offered relic left the sport with a distinct sense of deja vu as the Yanks earned their tenth World Championship in 1943. A full house of thirty-one signers on this OAL (Harridge) sphere include Dickey, Combs, Keller, Stirnweiss, Bonham, Knickerbocker, Chandler, Borowy and many more. McCarthy and Gordon are deemed secretarial. Signature quality averages 7/10 beneath a vintage coating of shellac, and a couple small nicks in the hide are noted in the interest of full disclosure. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.HID03201242017 Grade: 0, Service: Appraised, Service No.: 0
