Up for auction is a beautiful letter sheet cover from a prisoner in the concentration extermination camp of Auschwitz in Germany occupied Poland. Konzentrationlager KZ Cover with the stamp removed, note that camp authorities often removed the stamps from outgoing and incoming mail while searching for hidden messages. Sender is Franz Kulig and it is addressed to Lcokadia Kulig in Poland. Priced to sell. Postmark was removed with the stamp. Letter is dated August 27, 1944.For the serious collector of Judaica and Holocaust related philately this is an exceptional item.
