This is a 1944 US Military Legitimus Collins USN MK-2 machete with issue canvas sheath. This machete retains 2/3 of the original label and the blade retains the original finish. The blade is marked "USN MK-2" and "Legitimus Collins" with logo. The sheath is marked "USN MK-2" on the wood handle. Blade measures 22" and machete measures 27.5".
