1944 NAVY YARD Carleston SC, Snapper Rigger Prod. Div badge. This badge belonged to my father who died in 1944. It is in near perfect condition and with a straight pin on the back to attach to clothing. It is one of several items from the era that I will be listing. It has a slight discoloration on the outer edge near the word Navy but otherwise no chips, nicks or repairs. Has been packed away all these years. It is made of a heavy metal I believe to withstand abuse from the wearers..This pin measures 1 1/2 in X 1 inch. It is not dated. Paypal only. Payment is due within three days of auction close. Insurance is an option at the discretion of the buyer as I cannot be responsible for loss or damage and cannot replace it as it is origional from that time. If desired, I MUST be notified before auction close via email. This is a final listing due to my severe downsizing and lack of space to properly display all these treasures.
