Attractive album page measuring 5 1/2" x 6 3/4" containing the signatures of 20 members of the 1944 New York Yankees including Hall of Fame manager Joe McCarthy. McCarthy applied his signature at the bottom of the page with his players applied underneath including Johnny Johnson Bob Collins Paul Schreiber Mel Queen Bill Bevens Bill Steinecke Russ Derry Jim Turner Snuffy Stirnweiss Don Savage Steve Rosen Mike Garbark Hank Borowy Walt Dubiel Hersh Martin Arthur Fletcher Bud Metheny Bill Zuber and Oscar Grimes. The wartime Yankees did not field their greatest all-time team finishing in third place.
