High Grade!Front CoverBack CoverThis is NEFF - MADHOUSE OF MYSTERY. This was published in 1948 to promote the stage act of BILL NEFF. The front cover says:IN PERSON - NEFF - GREATEST NAME IN MYSTERY - NOTHING LIKE IT ANYWHERE ON EARTHMADHOUSE OF MYSTERY!Neff was a famous stage magician. He also had his own comic book published by STREET AND SMITH, publishers of SHADOW COMICS. It was called GHOST BREAKERS, and featured nice Bob Powell artwork.This is an odd format comic book. The front and back covers open up to form a poster / handbill for Neff. It is a bit smaller than a standard comic book. It has 16 pages, including the covers. The covers are in red and black. The inside pages are in black and white.The inside features an article and pictures of Bill Neff and his amazing magic act. There are also some magic tricks. Most of the comic consists of a story called "CHATEAU of SHADOWS". This was drawn by the great BOB POWELL. It was also featured in GHOST BREAKERS #2.CONDITION: This copy is in great shape. There is a printing smudge on the word "MADHOUSE" on the back cover - see pic. The red ink has been printed slightly off
