1950 Lionel 773 Hudson Steam Locomotive with 2426W whistle tenderFor your consideration is an original post war 1950 Lionel 773 Hudson steam locomotive with 2426W whistle tender. The locomotive has been tested and is in operational condition. It is a little sluggish to start out with as it probably could use a small amount of oil to help loosen it up. There are NO replacement parts. NO rust or corrosion. Everything is original. The smokestack produces smoke. The only issue is that the headlamp in front of the boiler does not light up -- it probably just needs to have the light bulb replaced. Overall, the locomotive is in very good condition for its age.The Lionel 2426W Tender is 100% original and in very good condition. Good paint. The whistle works. No rust or corrosion. Once again, a very nice matching piece with the 773 locomotive.
