ROYAL WINTON TEAPOT, TEA POT IN "PRISTINE" CONDITION I'm moving to a much smaller home tfore, I am downsizing my collections! PRESENTED IS A FANTASTIC TEAPOT, A RARE FIND MADE IN ENGLAND 1950-1951 HALLMARKED "ROYAL WINTON GRIMWADES" marked with the pattern name in gold "GOLDEN HIBISCUS" MADE OF PORCELAIN CERAMICS FIT FOR A KING AND HIS QUEEN! FROM MY PERSONAL COLLECTION BEING OFFER WITHOUT RESERVE!!! This is a handsom TEAPOT of the finest quality and beauty. I have been collecting Royal Winton pastel and chintz ware for many years!! I love it all!! Great detail and fineness you have to hold it, feel the magnificent floral gilt Hibiscus flower molded in relief. The art work is on the handle and on the lid finial, the teapot of bulbous form on a pedestal with perfect gold trimmings. The precious flower, pistils and stems falls over its body, it is so beautiful! The pattern name is "Golden Hibiscus" it is bright and cheerful has the same green as their Rosebud and Tiger Lily patterns, this is a beautiful very rare collectible item! CONDITION: In wonderful PRISTINE condition!! T are no chips, cracks, repairs, stains or flakes to the trim and body!!! T is the minor typical Royal Winton fine crazing consistent with age hardly visible!! it is in superb condition for the discriminating collector! use it and DISPLAY IT WITH GREAT PRIDE!!! WILL BLEND BEAUTIFULLY WITH MOST CHINTZ! CAPACITY : The teapot 3/4 inch below rim holds 4 cups = 1 liter Measurements: Tea pot with lid has scalloped shape rim: stands with lid on about 7-1/4 inches high from the bottom to finial, 5 inches tall without lid, by 9-1/2 inches across from the pouring spout to outside of handle. It carry the appropriate Royal Winton back stamp. This teapot is part of a 48 piece dinner set which has found a home on my dining room china closet for a very long time!!! You will love this beautiful old tea pot!!!! IT'S RARE AND IT'S BEAUTIFUL AND DEFINITELY A HEART STOPPER!!!
