*****Please note that this is being re-listed because the winning bidder did not pay for it*** Up for auction is a beautiful 1950 Singer 221-1 Featherweight Sewing Machine, Serial # AJ644507. This is the "Centennial Model" manufactured to celebrate Singer's 100th Anniversary, 1851-1951. The machine is in great working condition. The light on the machine works, the foot pedal works, and the sewing needle and bobbin work. The electrical connection on the foot pedal cord has been repaired with electrical tape, but it still works fine (see photo). There are some minor scratches on the machine from use, but none are severe or deep. The machine comes with it's original carry case, 6 bobbins, and Singer sewing machine oil in a can. This is a nice sewing machine, made for it's convenience and portability. It's a great machine for the serious seamstress, or the occasional sewing project! Payment is by PayPal only and is due within 1-3 days after the auction ends. Shipping is $ 35.00 and will be paid by the buyer. The sewing machine will ship within 1 business day after payment has been received.
