Old original 1950s-60s USAF SAC B-36/ early B-52 unit: 9th BOMBARDMENT SQUADRON (HEAVY) patch. Unit was activated in 1949 at Carswell AFB Texas with B-36s; transitioned to B-52s in 1958; and was re-designated 9BS(M) with F-111s in 1968. Patch is approx. 3-3/4"high; embroidery on white twill and old postwar-style whiteback stitching on backside; NOT plastic-backed. Patch is clean,unused, EXCELLENT condition. *Shipping + Postal Insurance+ Tracking in the USA is $3.50.
