MID 1950's 8x10 PHOTO INTERIOR OF MILLER'S LIQUOR STORE, BISHOP, CALIFORNIA 8X10 image from c.1954-1955 of the interior of MILLER'S LIQUOR STORE in Bishop in Inyo County, California. This image HAS NEVER BEEN LISTED ON EBAY BEFORE......it came with a recent collection Eastern California photographs including the Bishop area, Hunting, Fishing and Mammoth Skiing photos, along with other outdoor photos. Please watch my upcoming auctions for some rare vintage and historically interesting, important images of the Eastern Sierra.This image was printed on 8x10 professional photographic paper. It was taken by Bishop photographer Steven Lukacik, and bears his stamp on the reverse. Lukacik was a California Department of Fish and Game Warden and spent many hours both on duty and off photographing activities and work of the DFG as well as recreation activities in and around Bishop for publicity purposes showing the wonderful natural resources and recreational richness of Inyo and Mono Counties. This was undoubtedly used for publicity purposes by local newspapers and magazines and may exhibit some minor defects from handling, however, anything considered important or detracting will be mentioned.
