Hello,I'm selling a very nice picnic hamper made by Brexton. It is a 1950's piece. Everything is in great condition for a piece of this age. There are a few marks on the exterior, a crack on one of the thermos lids, one of the yellow tea cups has a chip on the rim and 2 of the tea cups are missing. It features 6 rectangular brexton plates with indentations to place your tea cup, 6 green and chrome brexton knives, 6 chrome brexton tea spoons, 6 chrome brexton forks, 4 yellow with gold trim brexton tea cups, 2 'south pacific' brexton tea cups, 3 brexton glass jars, 2 brexton sandwich boxes, brexton salt and pepper shakers, and 2 brexton thermos flasks. As you can see from the picture this is originally from Harrods. One of the hinges at the back is not quite attached properly and I believe this can be easily fixed. It does not hinder the function of the hamper, only cannot be propped up properly without assistance when open.Everything is original and the cream plastic handles and fasteners are even brexton. Leather straps with poppers hold the plates and cutlery in place. If you have any questions then feel free to message me. I Would rather not post as it's quite heavy and obviously fragile.
