This auction is for a RARE and Large GE appliance porcelain neon sign. It is double sided. Both sides are in near mint condition with no chips or damage at all. All neon is gone and will need to be replaced. Colors are all nice and bright.The sign measures 11' tall and 7' at the widest point. Produced by the Harris Barnard sign company in Lawrence Kansas in the 40's or 50's.The yellow border had yellow light bulbs with ceramic housings that were animated to look like the border was rotating aroung the sign.I will be taking the sign down soon so it will be ready for transport.
