1950s MARX TIN LITHO DOLLHOUSE! This vintage Louis Marx Tin dollhouse is in VERY NICE condition for its age. It is used, and it does have some wear, but it is still sturdy & is extremely displayable -- definitely worthy of being added to any dollhouse collection! This particular dollhouse has a Walt Disney themed nursery in the upstairs. From what I've researched about these dollhouses, Disney permitted Marx Toys to make this model for only a couple of years. The battery compartment for the electric lights is missing. This item will have to be shipped assembled because a previous owner put parts of it together with pop rivets where the small metal assembly tabs had broken off (they had a tendency to do that after being bent over & over again).
