Vintage 1950's, Abstract Sculptural, Mid - Century Modern, Large Table Lamp With Original 2 - Tier Shade. Unsigned, But I Have Seen This Design Listed As Made By Continental Art Company. The Base & Finial Are Cast / Molded Of A Heavy Chalkware / Plaster Material, With A Stylized Driftwood Design, Finished In An Ivory / Off - White Color With Metallic Gold / Gilt Accents. The 2 - Tier Oval Shade Has A Straight Sided Bottom Section Of A Stiff Plastic Material With Gold Embedded Threading, And Edged Top & Bottom With Gold Channel. The Angled Top Section Is Textured Fiberglass, Laced Top & Bottom Onto The Frame. The Base Measures 20.50" H. x 12.50" W. The Shade Is 13.50" H. x 23.50" W. x 14.25" D. The Finial Is 4" L. Total Height Is 37.50". The Harp & Socket Are Brass. The Lamp Is In Working Order With The Original Wiring & Sockets, T Is A Switch On The Base Which Turns On The Main Bulb, Or The 2 Sockets On The Sides With Glass Starburst Bulbs, Or All At Once. CONDITION : No Chips, Cracks, Breaks Or Repairs To The Base, The Finial Has A Tiny Edge Flake / Flea Bite.
