This barometer is marked West Germany. Made in the 1950s, called the Sputnik Hydrometer Thermo Barometer. It is approx. 8" tall. Nice condition-wear to metal and some scratches to the cover. Don't know if it works or not. I have noticed another seller selling the directions to this so that might be helpful. Thanks!
