1950's A.C. Tiny Tears 15” Doll-Auburn Caracul Wig,Case Full! ITEM TITLE: 1950's A.C. Tiny Tears 15” Doll-Auburn Caracul Wig,Case Full! DATE: 1950'sMATERIAL: Doll has hard plastic head, fully jointed rubber body, caracul wig, cardboard suitcase. (not sure if this is her original case, or possibly belonging to Betsy Wetsy?)MAKER: Marked American Character and patent number on the back of her neck. She has the tear ducts and exit hole that allows her to drink and wet.COLORS: auburn caracul wig. Eyes are a mix between blue and amber.SIZE/DIMENSIONS: 15” tallCONDITION/DAMAGE: Tiny is in amazing condition! The first Tiny with a wonderful rubber body..still! No cracks or issues. Her squeaker is working. Wig very full and nice. Lifting a little bit right in front on her forehead. A few missing eye lashes on one eye. She has a rub on her left cheek blush. No offensive odors. Just that great odor of old rubber..I personally love that! I am not sure if the pink ribbon on her original pacifier is for real..probably a replacement as it has a knot in it. But the pacifier reads Tiny Tears on it..it's in great condition with no bit marks! Case has water marks. It is in sound condition, working latch, just not too pretty! I couldn't stand the stains on her dress and undies, so I washed them and took another photo. They came out nice and clean!!NOTES: read more
