Duncan Industries Meter The parking meters are out of the old downtown Montgomery, Alabama area. Many of which, were on the historic march route. The meters were unearthed & stored for years & years in a building out of downtown Montgomery, Alabama. The meter is a 2 hour limit 5 and 10 cent meter. Div. of Qonaar Corp Elk Grove Village, ILL. USA *ALL packages are mailed signature confirmation!!!! Okay...I put a nickel in and it went up to an hour after the time was up it did go back down to Zero and the Expired flag went up. Also, I have 138 of these that I am testing the waters with if the first six does decent on ebay I will sell them all on here, if not I will send them to a live auction house.
