You are bidding on a real rare vintage treat. A Unsmoked, Mint with box and pipe sleeve Kaywoodie SuperGrain Long shank pipe! This pipe is in perfect condition. Left side of shank marked, Kaywoodie over SuperGrain over Imported Briar. Right side of shank has the serial number 76B. These Kayboodies with serial numbers are extreemly rare indeed! The SuperGrain line was they're top of the line pipe selection. For the collector or the smoker or both, dont miss out. This is sure to be the envy of may Kaywoodie collectors, or be the first one to fire up with bad boy and be taken back to the days when the "pipe was king", the slower times of the mid 20th century. And with a long shank and wide fish tale bit, what a beauty! Sort of a Liverpool shape. 5 3/4 inches long and 1 1/2 inches tall at the bowl. Ive been temped to smoke this beauty, but its times to sell her instead. The box has some fading and dings, but it remains untorn and is fully able to be used, as well as the pipe sock being intact. Just look at the picture of the inner bowl, perfect! Just imagin loading this up with some Granger or a bit of sail yellow and being trasnported 60 years back in time.
