Sign is not mint, but is very very nice. Has age appropriate dings and scuffs along its 54" face, as well as on its self-framed border. C olors are very vibrant, with NO fading. Has light surface rust on areas of back. I have taken close ups of all areas of concern for your inspection. If you need any more pics or info on this item's condition, please ask.
